Refund & Exchange
1. The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately for any defects/ damage/ size mismatched with your original order, and notify our shop within 10 days upon delivery date.
2. Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders due to a change of personal preference/ dissatisfaction of custom designs and colour variation.
3. If we have agreed you are entitled to exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, we will refund your payment.
4. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging and price tag, accessories included, unused and unwashed.
5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. And we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
6. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and the security of shipment for any loss or damage during the process.
7. If we fail to receive your return item within 10 days, from the date of dispatch as confirmed by our courier, MOTHER-OUTDOOR reserves the rights to deny your request for any Refund or Exchange after this period.
